These terms govern the use of the website and services offered by ZEN Logistics (operated by UDL Logistics). By requesting a quote or contracting our services you accept these conditions.
Our services
ZEN Logistics provides white-glove logistics, delivery and installation services for furniture and high-end goods in Spain, the United States, and selected European markets. The scope, timeline and price of each service are defined in the quote accepted by the client.
Quotes and contracting
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Written acceptance of a quote (email) constitutes formalization of the service contract.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused during handling or transport of goods under the terms defined in the quote and applicable transport regulations. We recommend specific insurance for high-value shipments.
Governing law
This site and its services are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction.
